HEARTsmallThis February 9, 2013 rings another epic event at The Lodge at Copperhead. Heart Ball IV is the not-to-be-missed event of 2013. Fine dining, romantic fireside seating, themed cocktails, and dancing all create a night for the memory books.

Guest Chef Brian Whitcomb, Certified Chef de Cuisine, joins Chef Bill Minkert and the Copperhead Culinary team to deliver a fine dining four course menu that will make this the best Valentines dinner you and your sweetheart have ever enjoyed.

You won’t have to pry yourself from your fireside seat to hit the floor because DJ Dave, the Party Animator will be spinning the discs that will keep you dancing in the arms of your favorite all night long. For your first course you will enjoy Tenderloin of Beef Brochette over Jasmine rice with Lobster Newberg. The second course brings your choice of She Crab or Tomato Basil Bisque in a Sourdough Boule. For your entrees, choose from: Seared New York Strip Au Poire with sauteed swiss red chard & Mustard Greens. Served with Roasted Red Pepper mashed Yukon potatoes or Slow Poached Fresh Snapper infused with lemon grass, leeks, and grapes. Served over house made Tuscany Ravioli.
