Nashville Unleashed May 19, 2012

Saturday, May 19th 2012, Jack & Diane’s popular concert series, Nashville Unleashed, returns to The Lodge at Copperhead, located at 171 Copperhead Pkwy Blairsville, Georgia. Dinner service will begin at 6pm. Showtime is 7:30-9:30 pm. Tickets are available by calling (706)-835-7433, or by purchasing in our Online Store on Facebook. www.facebook.com/TheLodgeAtCopperhead

The Lodge at Copperhead has presented Nashville Unleashed quarterly for over a year now. The show typically sells out and garners rave reviews. The Lodge’s Grand Hall is converted into a “living room” with a circular stage strategically positioned in the center of the room, surrounded by candlelit tables. Listeners are treated to an intimate, acoustic-based concert which features Nashville’s premiere performing songwriters. The musicianship, songwriting, and quality of entertainment are incredible and highly unique.

Concert attendees will be inspired, laugh like a kid again, and maybe even spark or rekindle a flame with special someone. Memories will be made and listeners will take away something meaningful from spending an evening with these Artists. The unique, unrehearsed, and surprising dynamics of a Nashville Unleashed concert consistently exceeds expectations, leaving audiences in awe. Nashville Unleashed is so much more than a show…it’s an EXPERIENCE! VIP tickets $18, General Admission $12 (advance) or $15 at the door, based on availability.

Jack & Diane will perform with fellow Nashville songwriters Colleen McFarland and Jeff Miller in the May show. They will share personal stories behind their songs and invite listeners into the conversation. The camaraderie between the Artists and the audience is fantastic!

Colleen is a tremendously talented Artist with obvious influences like Bonnie Raitt and Emmylou Harris. Her music has been heard in the TV series’ Northern Exposure and Swing Town, as well as radio stations across the country including Sirius XM.

Jeff Miller is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, a great songwriter, and a master of the guitar loop. It’s fascinating to watch him in action, as very few Artists can pull this off tastefully and on-the-fly.

Another special dynamic to the May show will be guest Artist, Conni Laine. A Georgia native, she won a prestigious songwriting competition that was held on St. Simons Island last fall, where the finals were judged by Jack & Diane and 3 other Artists from the Nashville Unleashed Roster. “Conni stood out to us all immediately . There were a lot of good songwriters we saw that day, but it’s obvious that music and songwriting are simply a natural part of who Conni is. She can’t help but write and sing…those are the types of Artists we gravitate towards. She blew us away.” says Diane

For a much more expanded view of a Nashville Unleashed concert, pick up a current Spring copy of Atlanta’s “Little Black Dress” magazine for a two-page feature on the show. More information is also available at www.nashvilleunleashed.com

His genre of music spans 6 decades and includes oldies, beach, classic rock, adult contemporary and country music. Danny’s entertainment career of over 30 years has taught him how to engage a crowd so that they are immersed in the fun.  Sit back and enjoy the music or get up and dance.
